I have been working as a couples counsellor for fifteen years. I completed four years of professional training at London Marriage Guidance and hold a diploma in Psychodynamic Marital and Couple Counselling. This was awarded jointly by University of Surrey and London Marriage Guidance (BACP accredited course).
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapy (BACP) and bound by BACP’s Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I endeavour to offer appointments as quickly as possible and carry professional indemnity insurance.
I have also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)and am committed to ongoing professional development.
I value social, sexual, religious, political and racial difference and appreciate the importance of these differences in relationships.
I am currently working as a Relate Licensed Counsellor and am in private practice as part of a multi disciplinary team. |
