How to Arrange Counselling?
As COVID-19 arrives, the burden on Key Workers and Frontline Workers is immense. Many people are facing both the challenge of the pandemic and also the personal challenge of long hours, stress, few breaks, distressed patients and unmet patient needs. We all feel the pain for them and we know many of us want to help, but don't know how. For some of us, skilled in wellbeing, there is a way. We can help those who help us. We are providing wellbeing support to lift resilience in those who need it now. Key Link is our central hub for volunteer counsellors and key workers to register their details and be linked together. Please click here to go to the KeyLink Counsellors website for more details.
Please telephone 020 8959 9528 or 07976 403 741 to make an enquiry or arrange an appointment. You can also email me by clicking here. At times there may be an answerphone where you can leave a message. I will always try to get back to you as quickly as possible. Any contact with the Couples Counselling Practice is confidential.
All clients are offered an Initial Consultation which is for one hour and my fee is from £120. This will help you decide whether further counselling would be useful. Should you decide to continue with the counselling, arrangements will be made to have regular 50 minute sessions at a mutually convenient time. Some clients need more flexibility with appointments, and I try to be accommodating.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice of cancellation is required for all appointments to avoid being charged for the full session.
